Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SoloQuote (the “Service”), operated by Milgrove(“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for all activity that occurs under it. Keep your credentials secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

2. License

Subject to these Terms and your payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own personal or internal business purposes. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to permit others to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, resell, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where permitted by law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, or use the Service to infringe the rights of others.

4. Payments and refunds

Paid features are offered at the price shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe; we do not store your full payment card details. You authorize us to charge the applicable fees using your selected payment method.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us at support@milgrove.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund. For recurring plans, you may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges but does not retroactively refund the current period except as described above.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Milgrove shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Milgrove is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
